The Central Wisconsin AI Center was established to drive AI innovation and economic revitalization across the region. Built on a foundation of collaboration with local businesses, educational institutions, and community leaders, our center offers unmatched AI resources, training, and development opportunities.

With years of experience in AI consulting and workforce development, we believe in a human-centric approach to AI. As Industry 5.0 reshapes the future, our goal is to harness the power of AI technologies to empower the people and businesses of Central Wisconsin, ensuring that our region remains at the forefront of innovation.

CWAIC aims to serve as a hub for AI education, innovation, and workforce development in Central Wisconsin. The CWAIC was is a collaborative effort involving Northcentral Technical College (NTC), University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP), University of Wisconsin-Stout (UW-Stout), and the Wausau Area Chamber of Commerce (Wausau Chamber), in partnership with Midpoint Consulting.

Over three years, CWAIC aims to engage with over 100,000 workers and over 300 businesses in the region. This will be done via digital AI assessments, digital AI training, in-person training, in-person workshops, in-person seminars and other programs provided through CWAIC.
